How we work

Conversation

Once the requirement is shared, we shortlist the profiles of the members on our end according to your and send you a presentation along with the pictures & details like stats, qualification & experience.

 

 
Selection

Once you select the profiles, a face-to-face interview will be arranged in which you can meet the selected candidates and make your final selection on the basis on comm skills & appearance.

 

 
Training

Post the selection, we work on the Attire/Dresses (if required) and fix up a day with you where the selected crew can get the training for your Brand at your location, close to the Auto Expo dates.

 

Rehearsals

Rehearsals are done two days prior to the opening of Auto Expo. This is done on the pavilion itself where the Crew members learns & perform the duties under your guidance & prepare themselves.

 

 
At the Venue

Our team takes care of the Crew Members starting from Makeup, Attires, Transportation, F & B and make sure the Crew Members are ready to represent you Brand on the platform before the due time.
